Kid Kapichi

Kid Kapichi

Steve Lamacq (BBC 6Music) – ‘Muscly Riffage from Sussex’
NME – ‘With a libs-esque front line of twin songwriters Ben Beetham and Jack Wilson, this unsigned band won’t remain that way for long’
Dave Parsons (Sham 69) – “Kid Kapichi are going to be huge. I can honestly say they’re the best band I’ve seen in 20 years. If I was a kid watching them – this is the band that would make me want to pick up a guitar and play”

The quaint seaside town of Hastings has seen a musical explosion in recent years with rock ‘reprobates’, Kid Kapichi, flying the scene’s flag with their riff-filled riots. The frantic four-piece have built a reputation for raucous live shows where chaotic mosh pits and crowd surfers crushed to the ceiling are just part of the status quo.

Having already received support from NME Radar, Steve Lamacq’s 6 Music Drive time show, BBC Introducing, MTV Rocks & Kerrang! TV, the band’s guitar driven anthems and charismatic personalities are poised for big things with their second EP ‘Lucozade Dreams’ released in March 2018

Back from playing at Reading and Leeds last year we are so pleased to bring to you, Alibi.

Hastings’ Alibi have appeared consistently on BBC Introducing The Southincluding a roaring live session earlier this year. Their track “Space, Man” was tipped recently by the programme to BBC Radio 1 where it was played on the Huw Stephens’ show. This is a full band setup from Alibi so expect pure high-octane fun!

Matilda's Scoundrels

Matilda’s Scoundrels

A mix of traditional folk instruments and classic punk back line, blend with story telling lyrics, current affairs/important issues along with catchy choruses to make you drink, sing and dance. Known for their DIY attitude they have supported bands like the Levellers, Ferocious Dog and Street Dogs. Sister Susie

Sister Susie

Sister Suzie hails from Northumberland’s wild and rural border, and has been bringing her natural downhome charm, undiluted, to southern climes for the last few years.

After living in St Leonards and performing locally for almost four years now, Suzie has found herself playing in clubs around London and stages across Europe; and has now just been signed to a record label.

Karen Blott

Karen Blott

Karen is relatively new to comedy but says she has been bitten by the bug. She is a natural story teller. Her comedy is dark, very dark at times but delivered with a smile. It draws upon her experiences as a mother, widow and teacher. She loves geeks and believe it or not….her kids!!

Last year, In spite of only having done a few gigs Karen was picked as one of only 60 from a 1000 entrants in the UK to take part in the BBC New Comedy Award 2017. and she reached the semi finals of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny in Edinburgh.

Karen Blott the unashamed cougar of the group, whose lurid tales of juicy toyboys, prisoners and a wayward dead husband seem a little too good to be true, but fun nonetheless. Of course, if they are all true, there’s an autobiography in the making here. If you’re looking for dating tips, Blott’s theory on dating geeks is particularly strong.

This year Karen had her own show at Brighton Fringe, Karen Blott’s Pick N Mix, where she regaled the audience not only with tales of her life but with some interesting musical entertainment
